Elevator Action Game Online - Play Free Fun Arcade Web Games
The most fun video game ever made based upon something as simple as an elevator. This is an arcade action game from 1983 by Taito where players control Agent 17, who is attempting to steal documents in a tall building. The protagonist must traverse the building's numerous levels via a series of elevators and escalators while acquiring documents. The upper levels of the buildings are fairly easy to traverse and sparsely populated with enemies. As the player progresses downward, enemies become more numerous, some escalators appear for travel between levels, and some floors are completely dark, making it harder to see enemies in the halls. On the lower floors of the buildings (which, since the building is traversed from top to bottom, is actually further into the level), the elevator system becomes very complex and traversal more difficult. On these floors, not only does the player need to manage to get to the bottom floor, they must at the same time evade or dispatch the numerous enemy agents attempting to apprehend them. Traversing these lower floors requires some puzzle-solving skills and this novel game-play added to its appeal. Have Fun!

Agent 17 Codename: Otto and Game Play
You are Agent 17 codename: "Otto". Your mission is to secure all top secret documents from a 30-floor security building and escape in a getaway car waiting in the garage at the very bottom of the building. Enemy spies are in pursuit of Otto throughout the entire building and their orders are to stop him at all costs. Agent 17 can vanquish the enemy spies by shooting them with his gun that can only fire up to three bullets at a time or kick them by jumping onto them. While Agent 17 is in an elevator, he will have complete control of it. To make it move up and down push up or down on the joystick. When Otto is not in an elevator, it will move from floor to floor automatically, even when enemy spies are in it. Enemy spies will be firing at Agent 17, so to avoid the bullets. After a bad guy fires, there will be a period of time until they fire again. This period of time shortens with each building completed, up to a certain minimum time. Bad guys will also tend to appear at worst moments, that is, when an elevator is about to reach the floor where Otto is.
